Natural’s - Easy Pezzy Wash-Day💁🏾♀️
Starting off this post by just saying....
We ALL know that being natural is a sport. & its a sport we All don’t like to play! 😩😩
- Step One! Breathe! 🗣💨💆🏾♀️
1. DETANGLE THAT HAIR GIRLLLLL!!!!!
(Detangle every knot out of your hair, do not try to do this through the shampoo process. Especially if you are removing a protective style like a sew-in or braids.)
2. Shampoo (2 to 3 times - depending on your build up) 💆🏾♀️💦
3. Condition/Deep Condition
(I am currently using Silk Elements: Intense Conditioning & Hydration Masque)
***This is the important part!***
Section your hair into 6-8 sections with the conditioner still applied. Now begin the detangling process: Grab one section of hair. Gently detangle hair from bottom to top. Once you have completely detangle that section either two strand twist or braid your completed detangled section and go on to the next section.
(DENMAN Brush - is the brush I recommend for all naturals!)
4. Rinse out the conditioner with the braids still intact. This trick will keep your hair from tangling and shrinking.
5. Now this next step is totally up to you!🤷🏾♀️ If you're a *No-Heat Gal* you can blot the excess water on a towel and let your hair air dry. If you don't mind a little heat you can blot off the excess water on a towel and blow dry you hair out into you’re desired style.
*Do keep in mind the more braids you put in during the conditioning/detangling stage the better!*
DENMAN brush - BEST BRUSH EVER!!!! I purchased mine from Sally's Beauty for about $12. $12 may seem pricey for a brush but it is totally worth it!!!! I've had it for over a year and it has'nt broken yet!
Best of luck my Natural Sista! ✨
Xoxo, Z.Hill!
