Can I curl the Straight Hair?You bet! The hair holds a curl very well. Wand curl these bundles and have bouncy curls. You can easily bring it back straight with a flat iron.

If I wanted to do a straight bob what hair would I need and how many bundles?Most of our stylist will use just two bundles for a bob with the lengths between 10"-12".

What is the color of the hair? Will it match my hair?The hair color is a natural 1B. If your hair is a little lighter or daker it can be dyed to match.

Does this hair tangle or shed?We have had great results with the hair. The cuticles are all facing the same direction so this limits any chances of tangling. All hair will shed weather on your head or sewn in. Because the bundles utilize a double stitch weft there is very limited shedding as you would expect from a great bundle of hair.

Can I color the hair to a #27 honey blonde?Yes. Our hair colors very well and to a #27 without a problem. We suggest using a salon quality hair coloring products for the best results.

What grade is our Brazilian, Malaysian, Vietnamese Hair?"The Brazilian hair bundles are considered an 8A 100% human hair. You can apply heat and color just like your real hair. The Malaysian Hair bundles is considered 7A 100% human hair. You can flat iron, curl, and color this hair to perfection!

What is the minimum bundle order?We currently do not have a minimum order. If you would like to just order one bundle as a sample you can.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarentee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualift to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase. Hair must be in the origina state the same as it was sent to you. Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style. If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order. We do not refund shipping charges.

How fast do you ship?The Importance of Fast Shipping! We take shipping very seriously. Our customers make their hair appointments and expect their hair extensions FAST! Your orders are shipped the SAME DAY if ordered before 4 pm ET. We ship orders the same day using USPS Priority and Express Mail. All orders ship from our home office in Florida. Priority mail takes 1-3 days depending on the distance. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
